Refund Policy

At CardGenius, we are committed to your success in mastering the Indian credit card ecosystem. Our course is designed by CA Swaraj Jain to provide actionable results. Because our products are digital and provide immediate access to proprietary tools and community secrets, we follow a Performance-Based Refund Policy.
1. Eligibility for Refund
We offer a "Satisfaction Guarantee" to students who genuinely put in the effort. To be eligible for a refund, you must demonstrate that you have fully engaged with the course and resources but did not find value. The following criteria must be met:
- Course Completion: You must have watched 100% of the course video lessons (verified via our LMS tracking).
- Step Implementation: You must show proof of following the steps outlined in the "Action Plan" modules.
- Tool Utilization: You must have actively used the tools provided on CardGenius.Co.In (e.g., Reward Calculators, Comparison Engines).
- Community Engagement: You must have participated in the CardGeniusClub community by posting at least one query or engaging in a discussion.
- Self-Help Review: You must have browsed the relevant self-help articles on our portal for troubleshooting.
2. Refund Timeline
- Request Window: Refund requests must be raised within 7 days of course purchase.
- Processing Time: Once the "Performance Proof" is verified by our team, approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued if:
- The request is made after the expiry of the refund window.
- The student has not completed the course or engaged with the community/tools as required.
- The purchase was made during a "Flash Sale" or using a specific "Non-Refundable" coupon code.
4. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a request, please email ask(at)cardgenius.co.in with:
- Your Registered Email ID and Order Number.
- Screenshots/Proof of course completion and tool usage.
- A brief explanation of why the course did not meet your expectations despite following all steps.
5. Statutory Compliance
In accordance with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, CardGenius ensures:
- No Hidden Charges: The refund amount will be the original fee paid minus any non-refundable payment gateway charges or statutory taxes (GST) already remitted to the government.
- Grievance Redressal: If you have a complaint, our Grievance Officer can be reached at ask(at)cardgenius.co.in.
